SeniorMatch is intended for mature singles. Members must meet the eligibility requirements shown during registration and provide accurate account and profile information. Do not impersonate another person or create an account for deceptive purposes.
Member conduct
Members are expected to communicate respectfully and must not use the service for harassment, fraud, unlawful activity, spam or the distribution of content that violates another person’s rights. Report suspicious or abusive behaviour through the available tools.
Your account
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and activity through your account. Use a unique password, do not share verification codes and notify support if you believe the account has been accessed without permission.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid features, billing periods, prices and renewal terms are displayed with the relevant offer. Store purchases may be managed by Apple or Google. Check the total charge, renewal date and cancellation method before confirming. See the SeniorMatch cost guide for a plain-language overview.
User content
Only upload text and images you have the right to use. Do not publish another person’s private information without permission. Content and profile use remain subject to the licences, moderation rules and removal provisions in the applicable agreements.
No guarantee of a match
Access to discovery or communication tools does not guarantee that another member will reply, meet or form a relationship. Members are responsible for their own decisions and should follow the online dating safety guidance.
Changes and precedence
Features, prices and policies can change. If this summary differs from an agreement presented during registration, purchase or account use, the applicable agreement takes precedence.
