A little help getting back in
Login questions, answered.
Simple answers to common account-access questions.
How do I log in to SeniorMatch?
Open SeniorMatch, choose Sign In, then enter the email address and password linked to your account. If you originally used Apple, Google or a mobile number, choose the same method again.
What if I have forgotten my password?
Use the password reset link and enter your account email address. Follow the instructions in the email to choose a new password. Check your spam or junk folder if the message does not arrive.
Why is my email address or password not working?
Check for typing errors, extra spaces and Caps Lock. Use the email address you registered with and your original sign-in method. If you are unsure of your password, reset it instead of repeatedly guessing.
What should I do if a verification code does not arrive?
Check the email inbox or phone connected to your account, including your spam folder. If the verification screen offers a resend option, request a new code and use the latest one. Never share a code with another person.
Can I log in on my phone?
Yes. Open SeniorMatch in your mobile browser or use the SeniorMatch app. Use the same account and sign-in method you use on your computer.
What if I cannot access my account email?
Use the account-access help offered on the official SeniorMatch sign-in screen. Explain that you cannot access your registered email and follow the recovery instructions. Do not send anyone your password.
Should I stay logged in on a shared computer?
Leave Keep Me Logged In unchecked on public or shared devices. Sign out when you finish and decline any browser prompt to save your password.
Where do I enter my login details?
Enter your email, password and verification code only on the official SeniorMatch website or app. This Australian guide provides links and help; it does not collect your login details.
