How to sign in to SeniorMatch
- Open the SeniorMatch sign-in page.
- Enter the email address and password associated with your account, then select Continue.
- If prompted, enter the six-digit security code sent by email or text message.
- Members who registered through an available Apple, Google or mobile-number option should use the corresponding sign-in method.
Avoid selecting “Keep Me Logged In” when using a public, shared or borrowed computer. Sign out when you finish and do not allow an unfamiliar browser to save your password.
Forgot your SeniorMatch password?
Use the SeniorMatch password reset page and enter the email address connected to your account. Follow the instructions in the reset email. Check your spam or junk folder if the message does not arrive after a few minutes.
Do not share a reset link, security code or new password with anyone. SeniorMatch support will not need your password to help investigate an account-access problem.
Why am I being asked for a verification code?
A verification step helps confirm that the person signing in can access the email address or phone number linked to the account. Enter the code only on the SeniorMatch sign-in screen. An unexpected code can mean that someone entered your details, so change your password if you did not initiate the sign-in.
Troubleshooting account access
- Check that Caps Lock is off and remove accidental spaces from the email address.
- Use the same sign-in method you chose when creating the account.
- Try a current browser and make sure cookies and JavaScript are enabled.
- If the app is not responding, update it through the official store or try signing in through a browser.
- Do not repeatedly guess passwords; use the reset process instead.
For unresolved account, profile or verification issues, contact support@seniormatch.com. Include the account email address and a brief description, but never include your password or a complete payment-card number.
Sign in safely
Use a unique password that you do not use for email, banking or social media. Be cautious with links in messages that create urgency or ask you to “verify” financial information.
